My background/practice
I work with individuals, business owners, and families to provide a rewarding attorney-client experience and peace of mind solutions to the challenges faced with estate, asset protection, and tax planning issues, and with disability and long-term care planning issues. I have extensive experience in working with clients involved in crisis situations and pre-crisis planning. I offer a unique skill set from other estate planning and administration attorneys because I have an undergraduate degree in Accounting, a law degree, and years of experience in the real estate industry.
Hobbies
I am a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Estate & Trust Law, Solo & Small Firm Practice, Elder & Disability Rights, Real Property, and Taxation Sections.
In my spare time, I am a bit of a book worm. In addition, I enjoy competitve individual sports, such as long-distance running, swimming, warrior races, and obstacle courses.
Publications/Speeches
I have been featured in the Talbot Spy and the Chestertown Spy as well as the Capital Gazette:
Previous Work
Prior to forming the law firm of Litchfield Law, LLC, I worked as in-house counsel for Vintage Settlement Services, LLC, as a real estate attorney in Maryland.
