Rick has been practicing law since 1992 and concentrates in immigration law, estate and tax planning, and estate administration (probate). He graduated from the University of Richmond cum laude in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in accounting. Recipient of Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) accounting scholarship and the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business scholarship. Named to Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. Passed Certified Public Accountant exam 1987. Law Foundation Scholar, University of Baltimore, 1987.
