Paul N. Rouhana

I hired this firm after I was severely injured at work. I was an aspiring professional pianist and my finger was crushed off my hand. The injury happened because my employer did not train their new-hires on the equipment before putting them to work. After hiring this firm for my worker's comp case..., I decided I wanted to sue my employer for not training me and causing my entire life and career plans to be ruined. I am permanently maimed because of my employer's negligence. I was a very young man and knew nothing about Law. When I asked Rouhana about this and told him I wanted to file a lawsuit, he lied to me repeatedly and used deceitful language to make me think it was not legal for me to file a lawsuit. Unfortunately I thought I could believe him and I trusted him. Rouhana and his partner lied to me for years all the way through the end of the statute of limitations making it impossible for me to ever see justice and receive the compensation and medical care I deserved for having my whole future taken from me at 24 years old. I was also told to Not attend my final and most important hearing. I thought I could trust them, so I did not attend my hearing which caused my case great harm. Every time I e-mailed them with a question, I was either completely ignored, lied to or deceived. This firm also sent me to a doctor that intentionally gave me an extremely low disability rating and he said I was at maximum medical improvement when I absolutely was Not. The firm made huge life altering decisions for me without discussing it with me and they made it sound like I did not have a choice. I was spoken to with complete dis-respect by Rouhana, his partner and their entire staff. Twice I e-mailed the firm saying I was very suicidal (once while my case was still open and once after the case was settled) and they completely blew me off like they could care less. Every single thing they did benefited my employer and harmed me.
