Charlie is a Carroll County native passionate about advocating for the rights of injured Marylanders. His practice focuses on representing police officers, educators, first responders and union employees across the state. On the weekends you might catch him riding his mountain bike on the local trails, backpacking to some remote location, or enjoying the outdoors with his family and making memories with his young children. Charlie is an avid fan of his alma mater, the West Virginia Mountaineers, and both of Baltimore’s sports teams.

Charles began his legal career as a defense attorney, representing municipal employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.
