Todd K Mohink

Dramatic though it may sound, Todd Mohink saved my life. My minor marijuana charge quickly had spiraled into multiple more serious charges in federal court in a military basis, further complicated by political chaos and an open bias against gays in military law. I was facing years in federal prison, ...after which a conviction would have prevented me from getting a job in my very competitive field. I was severely, dangerously despondent. A lawyer friend of mine recommended me to Todd, who assured me of he his experience with federal drug charges and, more importantly, persuaded me to relax. He is a straightforward, serious professional and told me, with a disarming touch of old New York brashness, “Whether you laugh or cry about this makes no difference now. We do all the work for you.” It wasn’t a line. I didn’t need to do a single thing after leaving his office: all my court appearances were waived, his legal secretary handled my paperwork and he checked in with me routinely, knowing how anxious I was. One night he unexpectedly called to deliver the deal of a lifetime: a few hours of community service wherever I wanted and the case would be dismissed, the arrest record removed. I have since walked away from this crisis without so much as a scratch, no court appearances, no probation, no drug tests or home inspections, no records, no lasting consequences whatsoever. The life I had built myself had indeed been saved from permanent adverse changes and I owe it all to the tenacity of Todd Mohink and his warm and helpful secretary Stacy. I cannot recommend his practice highly enough.

Todd has saved me for the second time in 8 years. He was able to work my case in less then 24 hours before my hearing. He returned my phone call right away after I decided that going to court without a attorney was a very stupid idea because my charge had a possible jail sentence. I offcourse didn't ...think it was that serious but after speaking with my wife I called Todd and he was able to work me in and represent me. At the court hearing he was by far the most persistent lawyer in the room and he talked the prosecutor into getting my case dropped. I was shocked. I thank god that I made that phone call to Todd. Who knows what would have happened. If I could give him 6 stars I wouldn't think twice. By far one of the most dedicated and affordable lawyers in the area. Highly recommend.

Mr. Mohink made everything about the legal process easier to understand and deal with. With the charges I was facing, it was highly possible that I could have done jail time. However, Mr. Mohink both made me feel more at ease with the process and comfortable with the idea that a good defense could be... mounted. He was able to get my charges dismissed, which was better than anything I thought I could hope for. I absolutely recommend Todd Mohink for anyone that needs a quality attorney.
