Todd K Mohink

I chose Todd to represent me with a very difficult child custody case where I was a victim of domestic violence and needed to relocate out of state for an employment opportunity. Todd and his assistants were always quick to respond to emails, update me with information from the opposing parties lawye...r and scheduled multiple times to prep for trial. Todd was always very upfront and honest about possible outcomes I could face and conveyed several options and approaches to take in trial. Todd is an intelligent and humble lawyer who, aside from his seemingly passive personality, brings his A game in court. I am very happy with my representation from Todd, he didn't treat me like a number on his list of clients. Instead, Todd sat down and listened to me, understood my situation and even met my daughter. After 6 months of trials and appeals from the opposing party I was awarded sole physical and legal custody of my daughter thanks to the professional and knowledgable representation from Todd.

CS issue, was Pro Se, court issued a judgement, filed an appeal and requested another hearing. Won appeal and retained Mohink. Paid him nearly 5k and ended up with a harsher judgement. He was totally unresponsive, never took my calls or returned them despite me informing his receptionist of urgenc...y. He had a junior lawyer do all the leg work and when he showed up late for our hearing looking like he had slept in his clothes; he was unaware of important facts concerning my case. I ended up working out an agreement behind the scenes and could not wait to fire him. In my opinion all he cared about was how much of my 5K retainer he could keep.
