Dramatic though it may sound, Todd Mohink saved my life. My minor marijuana charge quickly had spiraled into multiple more serious charges in federal court in a military basis, further complicated by political chaos and an open bias against gays in military law. I was facing years in federal prison, ...after which a conviction would have prevented me from getting a job in my very competitive field. I was severely, dangerously despondent. I have since walked away from this crisis without so much as a scratch, no court appearances, no probation, no drug tests or home inspections, no records, no lasting consequences whatsoever. Todd Mohink and his entire staff have been a god send over the last 18 months. Originally, he represented us in a very volatile custody battle that spanned 3 different counties ( Carroll, Anne Arundel and Montgomery) He helped us navigate every aspect of gaining custody of my soon to be step daughter... including dealing with the various different school systems. During that time we also retained him for a serious traffic violation in Montgomery county. My Fiance was fully prepared to deal with a significant jail sentence for this, which could of jeprodized every aspect of our life.
