Found out on a Friday I had serious and crazy allegations against me and that my hearing was the upcoming Monday. I recognized that I needed a lawyer and I called Law Offices of Todd K. Mohink, PA. They were extremely helpful in getting my information to Todd quickly and I got a call back from him wi...thin 15 minutes. Met with him the next day (on his day off) to go over everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly the angle to go about my case. He reassured me and calmed my nerves. Showed up on Monday for our hearing and was extremely impressed seeing him in action. He got my allegations dismissed and quite frankly saved my career. I can't speak highly enough about Todd Mohink! I had never sought legal counsel before but as a fellow member of the bar, I understand that there are lot of variables that should be considered when retaining an attorney (experience in relevant practice areas, cost, reputation, etc.). A fellow colleag...ue strongly recommended Todd, and after meeting with him I knew I wanted him to represent me. Todd not only has a strong grasp on family law and is current with changes in the law, but he has significant experience handling a high volume of domestic matters in various Maryland courts. His rates are reasonable and he is cost-conscious. He will not charge you for legal services unless they are absolutely necessarily, and if there is a more cost-effective way of accomplishing the same result, he will take that route. Also, Todd will go to bat for you. He fought harder for me than I probably would have fought for myself - and it was my own case! He is nobody's Patsy and he will not just roll over in court. At the same time, he is ethical, forthright, and plays by the rules. Moreover, I felt Todd truly cared about my case and gave it the time and attention it deserved. He was compassionate, and patiently listened to me whenever I voiced my concerns. He was careful not to sugarcoat anything and was very direct with me in terms of my options and possible outcomes. I really and truly believe that I couldn't have had a better advocate than Todd. I actually looked forward to calls/emails from Todd because he provided me with a measure of reassurance that I didn't think was possible as a litigant in a high conflict case. Todd didn't just provide me with superb legal representation - he improved the quality of my life and gave me a peace of mind that I would never have had otherwise.
