Todd Mohink and his entire staff have been a god send over the last 18 months. Originally, he represented us in a very volatile custody battle that spanned 3 different counties ( Carroll, Anne Arundel and Montgomery) He helped us navigate every aspect of gaining custody of my soon to be step daughter... including dealing with the various different school systems. During that time we also retained him for a serious traffic violation in Montgomery county. My Fiance was fully prepared to deal with a significant jail sentence for this, which could of jeprodized every aspect of our life. Todd was able to get my fiance into a very good treatment/ work release program vs a long jail sentence and has helped him coordinate with various other programs in the county to get his license back in a timely manor. Todd Mohink and his firm have represented me on three different occasions on family and criminal cases and each time I was represented better then I ever expected and the out comes of each case the outcome was also better then I had hoped for. I have been through several different lawyers and was d...isappointed with how I was represented each time costing lots of money and never happy with the way I was treated or the outcome of the trials. These other lawyers made me feel as if I was beneath them but talked a good talk so I put my faith in them and was let down each time. Therefore I continued to look for another lawyer and was recommended to Todd Mohink by a friend so I went and talked with him about a criminal case let's face it I haven't had the best luck when it comes to police and other family matters. Todd's firm helped me with 3 cases. The first 2 he wasn't present, he had others handle my case. The third case, he was present. Although he did not have to appear before a judge, I appreciated his work for my case and his office was helpful with all of my concerns. Had I seen him in action, I would ...add a star or delete one, so based on his work with me, I gave 3 stars. Good considering my limited contact. If I needed an attorney again, he would be on the top of my list.
