I received a serious speeding ticket (5 pts) and immediately called Todd Mohink and he explained the entire process to me in detail. He attended multiple court dates. I didn't have to appear in court at all as Todd took care of everything. He was prompt in his replies and even answered some of my que...stions while he was away on vacation. In the end, the judge gave me probation before judgement with nothing on my record. Todd and his group saved me serious money, saved my driving record and major headaches. A very nervous time for me but Todd made it all very easy. I have already recommended him to friends.

Todd has saved me for the second time in 8 years. He was able to work my case in less then 24 hours before my hearing. He returned my phone call right away after I decided that going to court without a attorney was a very stupid idea because my charge had a possible jail sentence. I offcourse didn't ...think it was that serious but after speaking with my wife I called Todd and he was able to work me in and represent me. At the court hearing he was by far the most persistent lawyer in the room and he talked the prosecutor into getting my case dropped. I was shocked. I thank god that I made that phone call to Todd.
