Since I became an adult I have had two criminal arrests resulting from traffic stops. I have used Peter as my attorney on both occasions and he has in both cases done everything in his power to help me. In the first case I was arrested for driving while impaired by alcohol and possession of mariju...ana. Although the state had an ironclad case against me, Peter was able to convince them to give me the benefit of probation before judgement. The second case was for driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and failure to change lanes or reduce speed when passing a stopped emergency vehicle. (You would be wise to remember this new Marlyland law). Peter was able to argue the legality of the stop in our favor, and I was acquitted of all charges.
