Steven M. Lucas, Esq. (admitted in DC). Rated "AV Preeminent".

Simply superb & time-efficient lawyering in all aspects of criminal defense proceedings in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I have retained Peter S. O'Neill, Esq. on four occasions over the last ten years to represent a family member against charges arising from the family member's occasional noncompl...iant conduct during the course of responding to my "911" emergency requests for assistance in transporting him to the ER for appropriate and urgent medical/psychiatric attention. In addition to quashing a warrant for my family member's arrest, which threatened to completely vitiate his therapeutic benefit and stability from having spent over a month of therapy at a renowned psychiatric hospital, Peter O/Neill and his principal associate, Michael Ott, ultimately succeeded in dismissing all criminal changes against him, on all occasions.

Peter O'Neill is Rockstar

Contacted Peter's office for legal representation relating to a peace order petition filed by a neighbor outside my development. Initially, his associate Michael Ott did a terrific job of obtaining the background information relating to my case. During my hearing at the Circuit Court in Annapolis, Pe...ter presented my defense case masterfully and the judge issued a ruling in my favor. His knowledge of the law and rules of the courtroom were top-notch. Definitely, recommend Peter without any reservations for cases in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. Bottom line, Peter is an EXCELLENT attorney.

Used Peter for years to best prevail!!

I’ve used Peter’s representation for years as a young adult. I had my 6th dui young at the age of 25! There was no way out, I had no chance, which was understandable on my end. I was sentenced to 5 years in prison which was respectable on my end given the circumstance. He had it reduced to 18 months.... He filed an appeal promising me even less which I contemplated due to my lengthy record but I succumbed. A week later during the appeal hearing, Peter found a flaw in the documents the sentencing judge had written, I was released with the appeal judge stating “from a legal standpoint we have held you unlawfully for a week in jail, case dismissed”! At applaud in the courtroom I walked away and changed my life for the better! If it wasn’t for Peter I don’t think I would’ve been to live the life for better, that I do today!!

Horrible**Horrible*Experience**Horrible**Representation**Horrible

Horrible*Dont waste your $$$ Money!!! Better off with a Public Defender!!! Peter O'neil Does NOT spend time to fully help clients. Always rushing clients in and out his office. Peter Oneill does quantity over quality!!! He Rather take Plea Deals than to fully review to Help & Exonerate the client ...effecting their life and livelihood for their future. He has POOR communication with keeping clients informed on their case. He 's too comfortable over the years as a lawyer with telling the client anything just to get their hard earned money and not provide proper representation & service for them. Not to mention a not soo Pleasant attitude when talking to clients. Its Badd Careless Lawyers like Peter O'neill which is the Reason why many innocent people who don't know their rights or are Not knowledgeable about law are given a Badd ordeal and stuck with hardships in and out of the Judicial system keeping Badd Lawyers Rich to do horrible jobs. Please dont waste your $$$ money!!! Do PROPER RESEARCH on any Lawyer before throwing your hard earned $$$Money away!!!!!!!!!

Best Choice You Will Ever Make

I was a fugitive with an active arrest warrant for 10 years. When I decided to face the music, my family and I hired Peter to defend me. He was able to get the 10 year-old warrant quashed, and subsequently got the charges against me dismissed, completely. I cannot thank he and his staff enough. It'...s over, and I have my life back. I didn't expect this wonderful an outcome.
