Simply awesome

Very caring and professional. Even 7 years after my BK she still took care of me when a utility company tried to collect.

Bad Attorney

Never helped, never responded, never shows up... I lost everything and I was garnished. Took her 2.5 years to call me back. I called and faxed weekly. Sent someone else to cover my bankruptcy and never told me til the morning of. Horrible, painful experience !

Helped me alot

Mrs. Van Bergen was referred to me by a friend and I would refer her to a family member or friend now also. I had been sued and they took money out of my bank account and I had a lot of IRS bills from a long time ago. She also got the money back they took out of my account. She worked with me on p...aying her to. I did not think she could help me with the tax stuff but she did and now I do not owe them anymore. I had her cell number and called her after work all the time and she always was nice.

bad attorney

I'm so upset with this attorney. I paid her in full and my case isn't even being handled properly. I now have a wage garnishment thanks to this attorney whom I paid last year. I also found out my case was never filed with the court. So where is my money I paid this attorney? Now I have to get anothe...r attorney to handle my case and to sue this attorney for my money back. This attorney is very unprofessional.

Highly Reccomend

Debbie is such a wonderful attorney. My house was going into foreclose and on top of that my pay check was also getting garnished. Debbie was able to stop the foreclose AND get all the monies back that was garnished. While going through this difficult time, Debbie gave me her personal cell phone numb...er so I could reach her at any time. I called her numerous of times after hours and even on weekends and she answered all of my calls. I would not have been able to do all of this without her. I highly recommend her to anyone I know.
