Very poor service

He did less than minimal. He promised an expungement and I received nothing. He doesn't answer the calls I put in or return calls from messages that I left. Don't trust this loser.

Highly qualified

Mark did a great job with my son's under the influence infractions and obtained a terrific result. His experience was key. Without him it would have been a whole different story. He was also very generous with his time explaining to me how my son might navigate the MVA, which is baffling to most.

No Worries

This was way back a few years ago. My ex slapped my face and knocked my glasses off. He was driving my truck at the time. I made him pull over. I scratched his face up. I called the police because he hit me. Well, he looked horrible and they assumed that I was the aggressor because of it. I had no ...bruises or anything. I got locked up for assault and battery. Can you believe...I really couldn't at that time.I had to get my other ex at the time to bail me out.So, here I was facing possible years in jail. I had no idea where to get a lawyer. I was at work or school and someone was talking about this atty named Mark. They couldn't pronounce his last name and asked me to take a look. I told them what I thought it was. Ended up calling him myself and we struck a deal. He represented me. The other ex who had slapped me was all up my you know what, asking for my forgiveness and what not. He promised not to testify against me and helped me pay Mr. Lechowicz. So, when we got to the courthouse, I was scared to pieces. The ex told me to calm down. Mr. Lechowicz told me to stay put and said, "Let me go in here and do what I do". About 20 minutes later, he came out and said, "case closed". That's not the legal terminology he used. I can't remember that, but it meant. I NEVER SET ONE FOOT INSIDE THE COURTHOUSE! Not even one foot, much less the courtroom. If I could have done a cartwheel, I would have...well, then I probably would have been arrested for stripping or something :) . Anyway, that meant NO WORRIES for me. I can never thank him enough for his helping me. So, now I'm going to be knocking on his door again. If you need a lawyer with a vast amount of knowledge and expertise, he's the one for you. Plus, the man has swag. One thing he told me when I noticed how nice his shoes were is that they were his dad's. So, he literally followed in his father's footsteps...hire him! He's really good. Hear him tell you, "Let me go do what I do".

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
