Michelle is the best!
Michelle is so easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me in so many ways. She knows so much not only about family law, but about the Howard County court system that it put me at ease. She is always responsive, and tough when she needs to be. I recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with family law.

Outstanding service and support
Michelle Dauksha and her colleagues at the Mulinazzi Law Office provided outstanding service and support as my divorce case moved along. It was a fairly simple, uncontested case, but I have no legal background. Michelle listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions in language I could understand. Not something I wanted to do, and this was never going to be a comfortable situation, but Michelle made it more bearable and eased me through the process.

Excellence and focus
Ms. Dauksha represented me in a very difficult custody situation. Because of the pandemic, this case was postponed several times. From the beginning, I was impressed with Ms. Dauksha's intelligent and thoughtful professionalism. She was responsive to all my concerns and provided timely responses. Her approach and steady hand helped me keep focus. Her counsel was direct and experienced. She is meticulous and her dedication to my case was clear. Highly Recommend!
I highly recommend Michelle Dauksha. You will feel so relieved once you close your case. My divorce was finalized a couple of weeks ago and even though it was a hard process I am very content with the results. Michelle was always there for me with the greatest advises, she had excellent communication with the other parties' lawyer which help through the process. She always took the time to answer my concerns and made sure I knew my rights. We worked on and signed a Separation Agreement for Absolute Divorce which made the entire process easier and avoided having to go to trial. I still had to live with my ex-husband throughout the process but Michelle always made me feel confident. I am now living on my own with a Child Custody for the best interest of my son and receiving alimony as well. You

Compassionate and Collaborative Lawyer
Michelle Dauksha is a highly compassionate, supportive, and collaborative attorney with a gentle spirit. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and worked respectfully with me and the opposing party to successfully settle our case instead having to go to trial. She authored a settlement document that was immediately accepted by the opposing party. The Most Superb Divorce Attorney
The attorneys and all staff members with whom I interacted throughout the course of my absolutely brutal divorce were incredible. Shannon was fantastic; so genuine and caring, and I dealt with her initially. Michelle was my primary attorney after that, and between the two of them, I felt as though angels were carrying me. Their compassion, empathy, kindness, and wisdom, and experience were not lost on me, and I was extraordinarily pleased with the outcome of my divorce settlement. Highly recommend!
The Mulinazzi firm works very well as a team so when you hire Michelle, you literally get the expertise of the whole firm - and they do not double charge for this as other firms could do so for billing purposes. Their status quo is to maintain integrity and generosity in their billing practices. In terms of her knowledge base, availability and response time, Michelle was excellent on her own.

Michelle Dauksha is my Divorce Attorney. Even though my divorce is final, I know that I can still pick up the phone and speak to her or her amazing paralegal Laura Yost at any time. In the beginning I might have lost Michelle as my lawyer if she hadn’t gone above and beyond to make sure that not only did I understand every detail of the case but she made sure she understood every detail about me as a person so she could do what was truly best for me. She was terrific. Her paralegal Laura Yost made me feel like I was a friend she was helping and had my best interest at heart. They got me through something horrible and I’m very grateful. I am elated to write a superb review about Michelle. Over the past 4 months she has worked tirelessly on my custody/ visitation/ child expense case. I relocated to Alabama and my hearing was in Baltimore County. She took on the case with ease. She communicated with me often and effectively. The Saturday morning before I flew to Maryland she called me again to review the case and put my nerves at ease. Her negotiation skills helped reach a favorable outcome for my son and I. Michelle Came to court to help me within 5 days notice, I had all the paper work done myself and did all he servicing which made it a little easier on all parties. Michelle entered her appearance and was able to get me a immediate custody order of my two step children and file waivers for the court cost . INCREDIBLE LAWYERS TO WORK WITH
Michelle & Stephanie were incredible to work with! I had a negative experience with my previous lawyer for custody and they were so amazing. It was a night and day difference working with these ladies. They had nothing but kind words and encouragement throughout the entire process. The worst thing your lawyer could do is tear you down with their words as you are about to fight for your children (as my previous lawyer had done- she went as far as having me questioning if I even deserved my children. No mom should ever feel like that. I almost gave up because I thought, “Maybe there’s something I’m just not seeing.” But in my heart I know I am an amazing mother. So I continued my fight.) You already have your ex and their lawyer tearing you down, why would you want YOUR lawyer to destroy you with their word also?! Michelle and Stephanie built me up and gave me the confidence I NEEDED to go into my court case against my abuser. I would 100% recommend Michelle & Stephanie to anyone!
