Jason is an excellent lawyer!! I would be with 22 points on my license and wouldn't be able to get it if it wasn't for Jason ! I ended up with 2 points and being able to get my license without even having to go to the court ! I had tickets that added up to $1500 and ended up paying $72 I would rehir...e him if I needed to.

Jason was extremely helpful in my case. If it were not for him this review would probably be stating all the reasons i wished i would have gave him a chance to represent me. I was facing four charges; one of which carried jail time. Needless to say i was worried to death. The thought of being locked ...up and having your driving privileges taken away from is beyond sickening. Not to mention how the convictions would have compromised my job, future employment pretty much anywhere as well as criminal record, and car insurance. However not only was Jason very helpful in this case but he was always easy to contact and was very prompt when returning phone calls and emails. Even took time out of his busy day (after business hours) to explain how the litigation process would work. He went over all possible case outcomes and how it could effect me in the future. Also informed me of things that i did not know i was entitled to do legally. But the one thing that stood out the most was some advice that he gave me incase i choose to represent myself or go with another attorney. most attorneys charge you just to have a very brief conversation with them and you still walk away afterwards feeling confused and unsure what to do. So at that moment i realized that Jason's main focus was to ensure that i was well prepared and informed going into this case even if he were not the one representing me. I've had experiences with attorneys who could care less about your cases outcome they just want the money. But not with jason he really got down and went to work on my case. On the day of my case i was a nervous train wreck but Jason really looked confident and comfortable. He was very good with his communication and kept me in the loop of all things as they were unfolding, he talked with me and asked for my input with all things instead of making decisions on my behalf without consulting with me. The States Attorney offered me a plea deal however Jason explained all options and his feelings on the deal and we respectively declined. The result of the case ended with all four charges being dropped and no jail time or court costs. I was almost in tears of joy. Let me explain something to you. This was not one of those times when you hire a lawyer and then everything gets thrown out because no one shows up for court and you feel like money was wasted. Not in my case, both the Police Officer involved and eye witness were present along with the states attorney and through it all Jason still managed to get all four charges dismissed. This was not luck. This was SKILL. His work ethic was great. Communication was great. Knowledge of the law is very extensive. I would recommend him to anyone.

I will definitely recommend Jason to anyone. He is brilliant and is the best at what he does. He will work with you and walk you through the whole freaking legal process. Despite all the crazy serious allegations in the officer's report am still surprised he was able to have my must appear case dismi...ssed without me being physically present in court. Due to the nature of my job and family situations I do move round a lot and it's quite worrisome having a pending “must appear case” in a state where you don’t reside in. I am an out of state driver from Texas and Jason saved me cost of flying to and fro Texas. I will definitely recommend Jason to anyone. He will also charge you reasonably.
