The Best Experience

About two years ago, I hired Naima Said and Associates to represent me in the filing of a petition for my husband and recently, he obtained permanent resident status. The process required a waiver and consular processing. Naima and her team made the process as simple as possible. They met with us w...hen necessary, communicated with us at every step of the process, and answered all our questions promptly. Naima is an expert in the immigration field and a true professional. I highly recommend her services.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I met with Naima Said after being denied a waiver for my husband’s immigration process with a previous lawyer. We made the switch and worked with the entire team at this office. Both Naima and Deborah worked closely with us to make sure we had everything we needed to resubmit and with ...a much stronger case. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the process brought us great victory. My husband recently obtained his residency here in the USA and our family couldn’t be happier. I am greatful for the personalized touch and experienced staff this office has to offer. Every single person from the head attorney to the call center provide excellent customer service and really knows how to get the job done right during such a sensitive time in ones life.

I read Naima's reviews on AVVO and decided to meet with her. Thanks to GOD I made the right decision and hired Naima. It is du...e to Naima I am a USC and now Naima is working on my spouse's I130. I highly recommend Naima for all immigration cases.

Was Hopeless until I met Naima

Where do I begin?! I am an American Citizen who just happen to fall in love with an Egyptian that just so happen to overstayed his K-1 Visa. He did not marry the intended because she was represented falsely by her step-father. When I married my husband I thought that he would be ok because me ...being a US Citizen he would automatically receive a new card and Visa. I was so wrong. I found out the hard way that it was going to be a very long road in order to get my husband squared away and to so that we could live a life together. Finding work was hard for my husband. He didn't have a Green Card so how would he find work? We lived in horrible conditions on my income alone at first. I didn't get paid very much and I had a daughter from a previous relationship to raise. Money was scarce. We began trying to get my husband to stay in the US, had seen several lawyers and dished out $1,000's of consultation fees which was money we didn't exactly have. A couple of lawyers lied to us never telling us the process only that it would be fine and to pay now, pay now! I have never been so stressed out in all my life. It was during this difficult time that I was 5 months pregnant with out miraculous first baby. We were expecting a little boy. MyMy husband had a few scares where we thought he was going to be picked up and deported. Because my anxiety was so high and I was stressed out about losing my husband, we loss our baby boy! I was an emotional mess. Nothing seemed to be going right for us. We kept spiraling down hill out of control, out of time, out of money, and out of favors. It is that at this moment Allah must've decided we were ready and had enough. I feel that Naima, and her daughter Urayna was sent by Allah. Our friend told us about Naima and stated that she was tough and that she will fight for us. When I first met her I thought she is very tough, straight to the point and she did not feel our heads with lies and fairytales. She told us the absolute truth. She let us know that she would help us and that it was not going to be easy but she would fight for us. I felt really good about meeting Naimah. Because of the past lawyers, my husband was a bit skeptical and rubbed Naima ah the wrong way. After all, he insulted her intelligence as a professional trying to help us out. I thought I loss her too. My husband and I argued, and we cried. But I had to put my foot down as a wife, and a mother who wanted to protect her family at all cost. I told my husband I WANT TO HIRE NAIMAH!! I KNOW SHE CAN DO IT FOR US!!!! He thought about it and said ok. I told my husband that I communicate better. That he was so stressed out, I wanted to do what was needed. Leave it up to Naimah and I and I know Naima will secure our future. Naima got the ball rolling in October 2013. All paperwork Naima told me she needed, I got them! We passed our interview, then we needed approval for his unlawful presence waiver. Naima and Urayna got the ball rolling. The waiver got suspended because they needed more information and more documentation. This news had me going out of my mind. I know we provided everything they needed. I was sure of it. Naima checked the packet, what could've happened? I was so scared and so nervous. I don't want to my family to break up. What they requested Naima had already had it in the packet. She reshuffled the packet, and added tabs to help them find what they were requesting. Then in 2014 his waiver got APPROVED!!!!! That was a relief. We now waited for the final steps and that was for my husband to get his interview date in his country. We were approved at the interview. I appreciate Naima, Urayna, and their staff for all their hard work.Naima is very professional, and never tries to paint a pretty picture for you to hire her. She lets you know that it can be hard but we will get through it. I thank her and her daughter for their patience and for giving me back my family

Outstanding Immigration Attorney & Staff

I initiated my husband's waiver process with another firm a couple of years ago, with minimal results. Such a waste of time and resources. However, we received Naima M. Said's contact information through a dear friend who's success story compelled us to reach out to her office. Within months, she was... able to piece together a solid case for hardship. I was guided step-by-step to attain all pertinent documentation and we just received the wonderful update my husband's I-601 A waiver has been APPROVED! I will be forever grateful to Naima A. Said and her staff, and we are just excited for the opportunity to bring our immigration journey to a happy ending in the coming months. 100% Recommendation to anyone needing immigration resolution.

"Naima is a very experienced and well respected attorney in the legal community. Naima contributes greatly to our immigration bar by volunteering on several committees. To name a few, Naima is the Chair-Elect of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, DC Chapter and past Chair of the Maryland State Bar Immigration Section where we have been working together. We have also participated together at the National Day of Action for several years. In addition, Naima is a frequent speaker at the immigration law conferences where she is educating fellow attorneys on different aspects of the immigration law. I have found her to be not only extremely dedicated to our profession but also very compassionate. Next to her busy work schedule, Naima finds time to help immigrant children on a pro bono basis. She is a real asset to our bar and immigrant community alike. I am honored to endorse Naima!"
