E-2 VISA
Jul 01, 2015OUTCOME: APPROVED
We are very excited to share a victory with you. A few minutes ago, our client contacted us from Egypt to say that his E-2 investment visa was granted. An E-2 visa is a small investment visa, unlike ... the EB5 which requires up to $1,000,000 investment. Nationals from about 85 countries have a treaty with the US to apply for this visa. Our client is a businessman from Egypt and had visited the US a few times to seek a business investment. After he turned around a failing business he applied for the L visa but was denied twice. It was very disappointing to him and his family and he returned to his country. We continued to work with the client on an E-2 visa instead. We should that he had already actively invested over $100,000 in the business, signed long term commercial agreements and was employing at least 15 full time workers. After one interview in mid-June, he got a call to come in today and his visa was issued today. If you are a small investor from Egypt, Morocco, Cameroon, Egypt, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Pakistan or one of the treaty countries, contact my office for more information on E-2 visas.
