Michael Anthony Rocco Augugliaro

Mike graduated from Albion College in 2017 with a dual major in Chemistry and Physics with Departmental Honors. He then went on to graduate from The University of Notre Dame with a Master’s of Science in Chemistry in 2020. Mike then attended The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he worked in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic before graduating in 2023.

Prior to joining The Spencer Law Group, Mike participated in a summer clerkship at Ballenger & Roche, LLC where he drafted complaints and dispositive and pretrial motions, then after law school, Mike worked as a Law Clerk for the General Magistrates’ Office in the Baltimore City Circuit Court for the 2023-2024 Term, where he conducted legal research for Magistrate Sara Walsh and Magistrate Kristin Hosseinzadeh in preliminary and postjudgment issues in civil litigation, assisted in courtroom procedures, and reviewed motions and supporting materials and drafted orders in guardianship proceedings and in withdrawl petitions for trust accounts under Maryland Code, Estates and Trust, Title 13, Subtitle 4. Mike also volunteers with the Circuit Court for Howard County Family Law Assistant Program providing free legal advice to low-income individuals.

With an analytical and compassionate approach, Mike approaches family law, estates and trusts, and guardianship matters with thoughtfulness and deliberation and works to find creative solutions to each client's unique needs.

Mike lives in Columbia, where he enjoys spending time with family, as well as cooking, reading, watching baseball and college football. Mike also plays hockey in pickup leagues in central Maryland. A passionate animal lover and volunteer, Mike also devotes his free time to volunteering at local animal shelters and participating in mentorship programs, interviews, and initiations for the Sigma Chi International Fraternity in the Fraternity's Eastern Province.
