Generally, it is a tough decision to file for Bankruptcy and overwhelming, but sometimes, as in my case, I felt it was the best thing to do, and filed for a Chapter 13, and Erica has always done her best to respond to my questions and needs, and I have always done my best to provide all the informati...on she needed, and her staff. Whatever it takes, find a good extended warranty, and protect your property from others, because you find out who really cares when the chips are down, real fast, and I did my very best to deal with a dead engine, but after 1 year it was too much to bear any longer financially. and did my best to deal with it and most of all, learn from your mistakes, don't repeat them. My landlord didn't even care, all they care about is their rent, and I was a good tenant, not a poor one, as many renters are. It is very hard to trust anyone in the world, no matter how ugly that sounds, but it is the truth, so trust yourself and with an attorney such as she, I felt very secure knowing she was on my side.
