Erica Daniell Wilkinson

Erica Wilkinson represents clients in matters involving heirs’ property, wills and estates, family law, landlord/tenant disputes, and consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Ms. Wilkinson earned her Bachelor of General Studies in Music, Humanities, and Social and Behavioral Studies from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, in December 2015. After graduation, she began working for political leaders and organizations in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Florida, with a focus on developing policies centered on racial, environmental, and economic justice. In 2021, Ms. Wilkinson graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.

Ms. Wilkinson holds membership in the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association. She sings soprano with her church’s choir and returns to Oklahoma once a year to sing with the NSU Voice Alumni Choir, Vox Solaris. She lives in Baltimore City with her husband, Erik, and her dog, Dobby.
