Mr Stafford is a polite person. I hired his firm to navigate a regulatory issue with Board of Pharmacy for unfounded and fabricated charges. He miss-represented our concerns instead kept adding on additional fees and in the end negotiated a poor outcome which he recommended settlement vs contes...ting the charges which there were was overwhelming evidence that my business went beyond due diligence in filling prescriptions for OUD. I was overwhelmed with anxiety about staff getting overly reprimanded and closure of business. We never violated any Federal or State Laws. We settled on his recommendation payed exorbitant legal fees and fines just so we could move on. This is the worst part now . He never warned of blow-back from the settlement which included sensitive information being released to the National Practitioner Data Bank. The result was a loss in PBM contracts and business of over 1.5 million in sales! Had he warned me of this I would not have signed a consent order. In the end I payed over $50k in legal fees for my employees and $20 K in additional fines. His recommendation and legal counsel has put my business's in financial ruin. Looking back at this entire mess I should never have hired such an incompetent attorney that was looking for a quick resolution. If I were able to undue the mess that he negotiated on behalf my business and employees I would hire a different law firm.

I was extremely disappointed in my consultation with this lawyer. I had a 45 minute consultation with him ($525) about a matter related to a Maryland licensing board. During this consultation, he said that my license could be revoked and just kept repeating the same thing over and over. He provided m...e with no useful information, and when I contacted the board directly, they said they had never heard of a scenario that he described. He clearly either did not know what he was talking about, or he was trying to inflate his price. Either way, he gave me incorrect information and charged me a lot of money. I find him to be unethical and unhelpful. I contacted him directly with my concerns and he said he did not really care, however when I posted a Google Review he immediately said I was lying, despite me having e-mails and evidence showing that everything I wrote was 100 percent accurate.

I really and truly believed that he was there for me and not just there because it was his... job.
