Kaitlyn P. Tauber is a Maryland-based attorney and Co-Founder of Liberty Legacy Law Group (LLLG), a firm built to help everyday families and small business owners preserve their wealth, protect their loved ones, and leave meaningful legacies. With a strong foundation in estate planning, trust administration, and real estate law, Kaitlyn brings practical insight and personal empathy to every matter she handles.

Kaitlyn’s passion for estate planning is rooted in her own family’s journey. She grew up in a tight-knit, three-generation family business that operated for nearly 100 years — an experience that shaped her deep understanding of the legal, financial, and emotional needs facing family-run businesses and hardworking entrepreneurs. Her commitment to helping others solidified when her grandfather suffered a stroke that led to dementia, opening her eyes to the devastating effects of poor planning and the vital importance of protecting both assets and dignity.

After earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Baltimore, Kaitlyn went on to build a diverse legal career spanning estate planning, elder law, real estate transactions, and title services. In addition to her legal experience, Kaitlyn formerly held licenses as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Maryland Title Insurance Producer, and Maryland Real Estate Salesperson — a background that gives her a comprehensive, real-world understanding of wealth, lending, and property matters that few attorneys possess.

She also leads the firm’s real estate and deed services, often working hand-in-hand with families to safeguard their most significant investments.

A proud Maryland native, Kaitlyn is dedicated to serving her community with integrity, compassion, and clarity. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, boating, and exploring new places both across the U.S. and abroad. She’s also a committed teammate on her local recreational softball and bowling leagues — always bringing the same energy and camaraderie to the field (and lanes) that she brings to her legal practice.
