Mr Lundstedt is an absolute gem!!!!! I will in no way be able to write a review that reflects how great he truly is, but I will try. I resigned from my job in nursing after feeling enough mistreatment was enough. I didn't seek unemployment benefits until 6 months later when advised by a friend that... I may qualify for unemployment due to the circumstances of the quit. I applied for the benefits and of course was denied and this is where a series of bizarre events starts to occur. I had an appeal hearing for which I hired no representation because I was just too broke to afford it. To make a long story much shorter, basically DLLR ordered an entirely new hearing to be held. After a great deal of online research & stress was exerted by myself - I knew if I wanted to win this case I'd need representation. I contacted a local lawyer who informed me this was not her area of expertise so she referred me to Mr Lundstedt. She spoke very highly of him, his abilities, his ethics, his win record, his prices - her exact words were "I don't know how he does it so well and at such a fair price." By this time my new appeal hearing is only a few days away so I have practically resigned myself to the fact that I would be going it alone. From the moment I contacted his office I knew without a doubt that I was in good hands. I believe it was a Friday afternoon and this MOST AMAZING MAN calls me back, PATIENTLY LISTENED to all those bizarre events I previously mentioned that occurred and assures me he's got this now. He contacts me through the weekend to clear up some details so we'll be ready for the hearing Monday. (Can you actually believe he took time out of his weekend to dedicate himself to a client that calls his office on a Friday afternoon ?!?!) There's absolutely no way I can compliment him enough for his actions. I assure you this is not the typical lawyer many people may envision when faced with the need to hire an attorney. This man is: AMAZINGLY COMPLETELY HONEST, EXTREMELY THOROUGH, CONSCIENTIOUS TO EVERY & ANY DETAIL, TOTALLY CONSIDERATE OF OTHER'S FEELINGS & THE SITUATIONS THEY ARE IN WHEN COMING TO HIM FOR HELP & DEDICATED BEYOND WHAT WORDS CAN SAY (did I mention there were still a few more 'unusual' things that happened??) I was so fortunate to have found this awesome attorney. At a time in my life when I had multiple things going on - to know that I was able to place this very stressful situation in his hands and know that he would be able to conquer it was such peace of mind for me. I cannot stress to you enough that hiring Mr Lundstedt was the absolute right thing to do. Do not attempt this on your own and do not wait until the second appeal to hire representation. Let him do his amazing work before it becomes a mess as your chances of approval will be much higher. Because this is his area of expertise, he has what seems to be a natural talent to pick up on words, phrases, events and/or issues that I'd NEVER have thought twice about sitting in that hearing - yet these were the key points to prove my case. I was in a situation that was way over my head and totally not what I knew anything about... Do not allow yourself to be bullied by your former employer or DLLR as they are not really on your side at all. They don't want to so generously give you those benefits you may be entitled to... One additional plus I'd like to mention that so impressed me was the warmth of their office. When you call a REAL PERSON answers the phone. It might be Tiffany but if she's out at that moment either Mr Lundstedt or his partner Mr Dansicker will answer that phone. Whoever answers will be familiar with the case and will exude the same professionalism and courtesy that make you feel confident your case is being handled by the BEST!!!!

Andreas’ ability to listen and understand our situation and then offer his advice on how we should proceed was the main reasons we hired him as our attorney. I contacted Mr. Andreas thru a referral with limited time for UI hearing. Mr. Andreas was very professional, provided relevant guidance and demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter. i was first told 1000.00 to start and another 1000.00 if needed, but in the office the paper work had the retainer fees at 1250.00 x 2. i never felt that the fees were explained adequately. at times, i felt like things were not being explained to me (e.g., what was happening with my case ). - ty...pical lawyer features i guess. he did appear to be a good listener, knowledgable in employment/labor related legal issues, a descent person overall.
