Andreas Lundstedt

I was terminated for cause, but the cause was really for BS reasons. Andreas explained the law, talked me through the employer appeal process and helped me draft and craft my presentation to the appeal panel. I was not allowed to have counsel present during my hearing. However, Andreas, prepped me so... well, I felt I did not need him there. He even responded to my emails while he was in Europe visiting his family while on vacation. I hope I never need his services again, but I would feel comfortable recommending him to my Mom.

I was given Mr. Lundstedt's name through a call the Women’s Hotline for legal help. From the initial phone call I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and told me how he would be arguing my case. There was a significant amount of incorrect information that the employer tried to use against my Gross Mi...sconduct case. I needed to have two hearing dates due to the case going over the time allotted. Which added to my stress. Mr. Lundstedt was very confident that he would be able to argue the case which he did.
