Andreas Lundstedt

I strongly recommend Attorney Andreas Lundstedt for employment matters. He represented me at a recent EEOC mediation relating to disability discrimination. He was very prepared and made sure I knew what to expect as well. From my observations, he is obviously very experienced in this area. I found ...him to be knowledgeable about EEOC processes overall. Also, he was very flexible while scheduling time to meet and really listened as I explained my situation. I strongly advise anyone who is unsure of whether or not to have an attorney present at an EEOC mediation to contact Mr. Lundstedt and to have his expertise on your side. He reduced my stress immensely.

Mr. Lundstedt represented me in a Civil Rights claim against my former employer. Mr. Lundstedt worked very hard to get me what I deserved for being let go from my old job due to a hearing impairment. If not for this lawyer, I don't think I would gotten any settlement at all. Mr. Lundstedt is a very... different lawyer than others I've known. He has a great work ethic, very helpful & worked hard to get the job done. On the personal side, this is a lawyer you'd want on your side ! I was terminated for cause, but the cause was really for BS reasons. Andreas explained the law, talked me through the employer appeal process and helped me draft and craft my presentation to the appeal panel. I was not allowed to have counsel present during my hearing. However, Andreas, prepped me so... well, I felt I did not need him there. He even responded to my emails while he was in Europe visiting his family while on vacation. I hope I never need his services again, but I would feel comfortable recommending him to my Mom.
