Sarah Michelle Gable

Sarah Gable is professional, extremely articulate, very knowledgeable, very down to earth, and very personable. I hired Ms. Gable to represent my daughter during a physical custody case regarding her son's best interest as to where he should attend school. She guided us through the entire process, ...and proved to be an excellent ally in the court room. While I am certain we will be forced to have a long term relationship with Ms. Gable, through no fault of her own, there is no one I would rather have to represent my daughter, and to act in the best interest of my grandson. My attorney, who does not do family law, referred me to Ms. Gable, stating she was "the smartest person I know," and "is absolutely one of the best family law attorneys in the area." He explained to me that he would "absolutely put his faith in her in a case such as ours." I am going to have to agree with him. If you are seeking representation for family law, I can not recommend her enough. I am confident that one would have a hard time finding better representation, with as less drama as possible, than Ms. Sarah Gable.

They are fine for an uncontested low-conflict divorce. However, shop around for a contested high-conflict matter. Sara Gable's litigation skills are suboptimal for a high conflict contested case with aggressive opposing counsel. I had to hire a more experienced litigator to step in on an ad hoc basis... to argue more complex motions and hearings.

A family member used her for a divorce and I tried to talk to several times. I called and left a message for her to call me, which she never returned my call. She also charge for every phone conversation every email and every thing her paralegal does. When you ask her to get records from the school ...where the child goes to she gets them and charges you for getting them and them never uses them. Right before the trial she want to be paid up front for the trial. Her reasons is if you are not happy with the results you won't pay her. Needless to say we did not want to pay her more money after what we paid her for doing nothing but paper work.

Barely did any work on my case charging a ton of money for legal services rendered. Then wanted $8000 so I gave her $1000 when she asked and started working on the rest, she filed a motion to strike and made up charges to burn up all my escrow after filing she wasn’t representing me. I highly recomme...nd not using her! She wasn’t aggressive representing me and after $5000 I need a layer with nothing for my money. Do not use her!!!
