I am compelled to share my horrific experience with Karen Jones. She demonstrated a chronic lack of communication over the entire time she was retained and didn't notify me of a plea deal that came in for over two months. Regrettably, the communication issues culminated in Karen ghosting me 10 days before a critical court appearance, an action that left me stranded and scrambling for representation at the eleventh hour.
