I am compelled to share my horrific experience with Karen Jones. She demonstrated a chronic lack of communication over the entire time she was retained and didn't notify me of a plea deal that came in for over two months. This left me uninformed, unprepared, and without any strategy for how to handle... my case - despite significant negative changes to the outcome she failed to address. Regrettably, the communication issues culminated in Karen ghosting me 10 days before a critical court appearance, an action that left me stranded and scrambling for representation at the eleventh hour. I had to terminate Karen as a direct result of these issues. This decision was not made lightly but became necessary due to the severe lack of communication, professionalism, and reliability.
