Working with this practice was a horrible experience from start to finish. Can't believe another attorney referred this practice. I assisted my 23 year old daughter who on two occasions left Mr. Roos office in tears. I was also lectured directly by the attorney that my daughter was completely capabl...e and aware of all case specifics and that I shouldn't involve myself in her case. The lines of communication were minimal. We experienced rude & condecending treatment & gaslighting. Settlement figure was miniscule in comparison to initial numbers discussed.

Gave thousands of dollars to this lawyer and cost me thousands more in bad advice! He misquoted my case file numerous times and really had no clue what he was doing! A change of circumstance concerning custody arose and was told nothing we can do about that and resulted in the lawyer asking for m...ore money to do nothing!!!! Got a new attorney and now have primary custody of my son! Really wish I did I did more research to find a better lawyer!!!! Hope this helps someone avoid an expensive mistake!!!! LOOK FOR HELP ELSEWHERE!!!! HE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY NOT HIS CLIENTS BEST INTEREST!!!! Would never recommend this guy to anyone!!!!
