I just happened upon Mr. Schlaich’s office on my way back from the courthouse. Very fortunately for me, Mr. Schlaich was available to discuss my case with. The case itself was not difficult in my mind, but because of the situation, I was completely unfocused and unable to really put any of the pieces... together and make sense of it all. In brief time, Mr. Schlaich was able to assess the case, provide excellent advice and counsel, put my mind at ease, pattern a path forward and eliminate all the extraneous nonsense. He provided the nucleus I needed. Ultimately the case was dismissed (nolle prosequi because the State’s witness did not show). Regardless, Mr. Schlaich’s input was invaluable.
