In addition, the States Attorney filed a second criminal charge stating that I was harassing him over the phone. I initially suggested to Carl that I wanted to go to the commissioners office and file criminal charges for unauthorized Internet access of my Sprint account. Carl subsequently researched Maryland state laws and notified me that there were indeed a criminal charges for unlawful and unauthorized Internet access.
