Adam Seth Hyman

I was looking for a divorce attorney in the Bel Air area and had heard of Adam in the past. I met with him for a consultation and left questioning what he proposed. His behavior is well known in the Harford County and Baltimore County, he was recently brought before appellate court for citing fake... cases generated by ChatGPT and charging his clients for it.

Initially used their services based upon reviews online - ABSOLUTE mistake! Ms. Roberts was my attorney, and folded in court - no rebuttal, nothing - didn't say anything in court, just gave in to the opposing attorney. DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE CASE!!! Absolute waste of money!!!! Would NOT answer... emails, made me call the legal assistant/clerk, where I'd be charged for the time to just call...to get a call back. Billing issues, OVERCHARGED, etc. etc... She had the legal assistant send emails that I did not send discovery - WHEN I HAD SENT IT WEEKS BEFORE. Threatened to drop me over this - I informed her and the law firm they overbilled, I had proof, they maintained their "stance". Received a check in the mail that stated, "While I do not agree that I misrepresented you, I am refunding your remaining retainer, I feel you should get this back." Found a new lawyer that didn't gouge me when I called to check status, need to talk about the case. Unfortunately, I've heard so many good things about Adam Hyman, but never got the chance with him. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM UNLESS YOU GET TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH ADAM!!!! If they have anything they'd like to respond to, I'd be more than willing to have that conversation - still have all the "billing" receipts, and service provided - I'm sure the MD Bar Association would like to hear about the the complaint. Lawyer that took over during my case advised me to not press the issue while still having an ongoing case. It's over now. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!

Adam is extremely professional and trustworthy. For over a year Adam worked with me and we developed a trusting relationship that proved to worth every penny in the end. Whether you like it or not listening to Adam is the best advice, several times I had hesitation about his decision but I did what w...as asked and seen that Adam possess a hindsight that a lot of lawyers do not have. Truly amazing having him work my case.
