I have been dealing with Luiz Simmons and his office for some time now, & they are getting sloppier and sloppier. Where calls are never returned months go pass they still dont have a simple answer to your questions. Eevery time you call they are in a meeting, or vocation. Never there doing any work.... I been trying to get something resolved since 2009, and my case closed in 2007. So tell me why it takes that long to have one thing resovled for as clearing a bill of my credit report, that never should have been put on there, that should have been paid through my workers comp. case & Luiz Simmons was my lawyer in the case. Im still fighting with the office as of 1/2/11.
