Do not even bother calling her. She's KNOWS nothing about law.

Apparently she went to UDC for law school. I wish I knew that before calling her it would have saved me the phone call. She's not knowledgeable in anything that has to do with Real Estate Law. She's also has poor communication skills. She's not very professional, I should have known by the Verizon ri...ngback tone that played that I was in for trouble. What attorney gives out their personal cellphone number? That just screams unprofessional. Long story short she gave me terrible advice about what to do with a eviction suit. I thank god that I called another attorney who gave me the proper advice and is taking on my case. Which it turns out I still can file which is something Debra said that I could not do. Maybe she's just lazy or maybe it's the fact that she has a poor legal education. Don't waste your time or money on her. She is the worst.

Whatever you do, Don't Hire Her. Don't even agree that the court appoints her in your case. Run Run Run

If you hear her name mentioned run as fast as you can in the other direction, this is the type of lawyer that should not even be allowed to be a paralegal, let along practice law. Her filings are confusing at best, the writings she filed in my case was full of errors and looked like a copy and paste ...from another case, with a terrible editing job. As a Best Interest Attorney (BIA) she should be removed from the court list. Don't agree with her being assigned to your case; she is not thorough, not professional, very opinionated, most likely just signed up for the money, and don't care much about the children' best interest she claim to represent. As an abused parent, dealing with her made it worse, save yourself and stay away. If I could give her a rating worse than one star, I would give her a minus 5 stars

Excellent Job

Mrs. Oliver did a amazing job with my case. I was able to recieve the custody I was looking for for my son. She was very reliable, personable, and helpful. She gave prompt attention to my case and worked to solve all issues and answer any questions I had. She was not only a great lawyer but a great p...erson in general always asking about my son and his well being. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Foreclosure - Loan Modification

Ms. Oliver was very knowledgeable about the process informed me of the necessary steps to document my hardship. As a cancer patient, I had some significant challenges going through the process. She was patient and informed. As agreed, she assured me in reviewing my documentation that my case was ...legitimate and encouraged me as competent person no matter my health challenges! She was able to minimize my stress and she was available for questions and all scheduled meetings, including our Court Mediation Hearing. Ms. Oliver agreed to take me on as a problem case but I never once felt liked I was a charity case. I have recently been in contact with my mortgagor and felt comfortable to contact Attorney Oliver with a follow-up question. Thank you Ms. Oliver!
