I am an accomplished legal professional with over 24 years of experience in business law, corporate transactions, corporate governance and commercial law. I have been providing business legal counsel and advice through my firm, Business Counsel Solutions, LLC since 2023. I previously served as a corporate lawyer at two AmLaw 100 law firms in the Washington, D.C./Baltimore area and held roles handling and managing business legal issues at in-house legal departments of three U.S. publicly listed companies and a specialized U.S. government development finance corporation.
