Top-Notch Contracts / M&A Attorney

Pleasant, Encouraging, Effective

Seth is enthusiastic, proactive and understanding – the traits you need in your lawyer. His welcoming demeanor and ability to translate complex legal terms into plain speech is reassuring while he navigates the legalities of your situation. Knowing that most of his clients do not have a law backgroun...d, Seth lays out all the available options and patiently discusses the costs/benefits of each. In my case, Seth reviewed an employment contract and explained the constraints it imposed. He identified the parts that were unenforceable and walked though how those could be challenged. Additionally, he described the potential consequences of each course of action, so I could make an informed decision. Throughout the process Seth was positive, and I felt that my issue was getting thorough consideration, irrespective of size.
