Yesterday, we received our official notification from the IRS that we are now a 501 (c)(3) public charity! We owe this accomplishment to WRO Law. When you sit down to look for a lawyer from a list of names, it can feel overwhelming. Prior to working with Atty. White, I contacted 3 other lawyers. None of them felt as personable, knowledgeable and excited for the case as Rolanzo. Yup, you heard me. Excited. As an artist, I have to apply for a lot of grants, and sometimes the grant agreements have clauses that I don't understand, and can come off as vague. The specific clause I reached out for was about residency status that could result in a heavy penalty if I moved out of the county the grant was for. ...I am in the process of purchasing a new property, so I wanted to ensure that this would not interfere with my residency status.
