I spent several thousand dollars with Jessica before realizing I got very little value out of the engagement and canceled my contract with their firm. All I got was standard paperwork. I cannot even imagine her working with an opposing attorney – she is very weak. I didn’t wait to find out if she can drive my case to closing and I stopped throwing good money after bad. She never really took the time to understand the nuances of my case and she asked very few questions (other than the standard). I had to do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. There is no attorney that can guarantee results but my other attorney helped me understand the options and allowed me to make informed decisions based on common practice and results from previous cases. I cannot judge Jessica’s experience but if she does have a lot of court experience, she definitely did not use it with me. Yes, she can draft papers for you. But don’t expect anything else.
