Matthew is an excellent lawyer, very knowledgeable of immigration law. Made the right choice in availing his service. He updated and informed us well on our status. Guided us in every step of the way until visa was granted. Thank you very much! God bless!

Professional, trustworthy, and compassionate firm.

Matthew Glinsmann, and his partner and wife, are the epitome of what a boutique firm should be like. In the initial interview, he walked us through every detail we would need to document about our case and helped us gauge it's merits. In his opinion, our case seemed rather simple and straightforward,... so he gave my wife and I a fair and competitive fee schedule. I appreciated the personalized timeline and task schedule he set out for us; one he took the time to ensure we stuck to for our benefit. The several pre-hearing meetings we had were always friendly, but focused and professional -the was never an non-productive moment. When we finally got to the day of the hearing both him and his wife sat with us the almost 3 hours before the hearing and spoke to us, not just as client to attorneys, but as people. That was a nice personal touch. At the end, our case was so compelling at the hearing that, my wife was approved for residency the very next day, and she received her green card less than 2 weeks after that!

knowledgable advice, superior service in my successful immigration case.

Mr. Glinsmann gave me the most knowledgable advice and superior service in my successful immigration case. He kept me informed and updated me on the status of the case; communicated on a timely manner what the next steps were. I would highly recommend his result oriented services.

And the two shall remain...

Recently my wife and I undertook the immigration process. With our undertaking came a lot of bureaucratic forms and paperwork that are complicated and requires timing and detailed knowledge for applications and filing procedures. Matthew Glinsmann made the process, though long and detailed quite pa...inless and navigable. Without his guidance and input about critical decisions in the course of the case we might have been entangled in a longer and more intrusive case. Thank you Matthew, David and Yuphin

Reliable & Tenacious

I was happy with his work; furthermore, he had kept kept inform with everything that had to do with my case. Matthew, was treated me the same way he would want to be treated, he is a goood listener and a good guidance.

"Mr. Glinsmann acted as the AILA liaison to the NBC on behalf of my law firm in a very complex immigration matter implicating the Child Status Protection Act. Mr. Glinsmann spent many hours conferring with the Lead Attorney at our office, Alexander V. Bibicheff, and speaking with the Immigration Services Officer at the NBC. Thanks to Mr. Glinsmann's extraordinary efforts, we received results far beyond expectations."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
