100% A+

Title says it all. He & his team was clear with what was needed, what we had to do and told us with enough time to get it done. Since we came with a lot already before we even found him and his team, all that was needed was some fine tuning and tweaking, so as to virtually guarantee 100% success. AND... YES THERE WAS SOME (A LOT) OF TWEAKING AND FINE TUNING TO BE DONE, YOU WILL NEED A LAWYER FOR ALL THE NIT-PICKING THE GOVERNMENT SEEMS TO WANT TO PUT YOU THROUGH! There really is nothing else he and his team could have done better. The u.s. government on the other hand.... I have a LONG list for them and it starts and ends with being more efficient and speeding up the process. It's not like in today's day and age, they have hand write everything. The amount they charge just to print some paper and put you in a government system with a few clicks, it shouldn't have taken them anywhere near as long as it did to get to us despite how many people are in the system. Which brings me to my last point, patience. He and his team were very patient with us, especially with how worried my wife was about how long it was taking, especially after her friends, who started the process after we did, finish before us.

A pleasure to work with him

Not only is Mr. Glinsmann the best lawyer I have worked with, he has an exceptional staff. He explains everything completely and simply. He and his staff are friendly, keep us informed, never miss a deadline, and always give us a realistic outlook. They are a caring, professional firm. I have alread...y recommended them to others. Then you are dealing with frustrating government forms, procedures and waits it is reassuring to have Mr. Glinsmann handling the problems. It has been a pleasure and I only regret he was so efficient we don't see him or his staff much any more.

"Mr. Glinsmann acted as the AILA liaison to the NBC on behalf of my law firm in a very complex immigration matter implicating the Child Status Protection Act. Mr. Glinsmann spent many hours conferring with the Lead Attorney at our office, Alexander V. Bibicheff, and speaking with the Immigration Services Officer at the NBC. Thanks to Mr. Glinsmann's extraordinary efforts, we received results far beyond expectations."

"I endorse this lawyer's work. Matthew worked quickly and efficiently with me, on a pro bono basis, to help to resolve a difficult situation with immigration officials. He got everything done in less than 48 hours! He saved my client a considerable amount of money and saved me a lot of time. He knows how to work through red tape!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
