IMMIGRATION EXCELLENCE

Best immigration attorney.

Our I-485 is finally approved after months of wait, "and we can't thank Mr. Glinsmann enough for all his help and guidance! Ours was a complicated case and needed a lot of time for gathering relevant documents asked in RFE. We had little hope", "but when we met Mr. Glinsmann he was very confident tha...t we have a strong case and he could easily handle it. He presented our case with strong documents", "and the USCIS responded within days of submission of our RFE (that they will wait for approval of waiver). Finally after 2nd RFE", "we received an online status update that our case is approved. It is such an amazing feeling to be a permanent resident now. Team Matthew is very prompt in responding and very polite. Personally, I found Mr Glinsmann very involved in his cases, "and he personally responds to emails and even calls his clients if needed. We are looking forward to work with him only for our citizenship status in future. Thanks Mr. Glinsmann and team Matthew for making it possible!" Immigration issues

After our first interview for green card, my husband and I were told that because of some misrepresentation in the past that was a misunderstanding-we would have to possibly file a 601 and they could not approve our case. My husband and I have been married a year or so, but we are in an honest loving... relationship as husband and wife, but if we were asked to file a 601-just being realistic, we would have no chance to win that case because it requires "extreme hardships" which we would not have-we have no kids and were newly weds. We had to get a lawyer! We started looking, and based on reviews, we chose Glinsmann & Glinsmann...we met with him, on that same day, and he had a case to help us right away! After discussing price, we had to think about it first because money doesn't grow on trees! So I got home and started looking for other options of lawyers, even asking my Atty. friend in Ohio...but after checking the other options-the only other one as good was Atty. Matthew's wife! After that time, I told my husband that if we were to pay for a lawyer->I would want the best one. We could go for someone cheaper but that would not give me any peace of mind. I don't know why but once we signed the contract and spoke more with Atty. Matthew-I knew we were in good hands, and I was right. He got my green card approved in less than no time! I was expecting him to...but not as quick and easy as he did! Thank you so much team Matthew!!! Very grateful!

MARRIAGE BASED GREEN CARD

The greatest decision I ever made was to Hire Mr.Glinsmann. He is absolutely a principled man with a super excellent mastery of what he did for me and my wife. We arrived at his office and he welcome us like a father, and walked us through our case step by step. He listened to us and offered his advi...se. Every step of the way he did the work for us, from the precise directions to compiling the required documentation he was very explicit and the only job we did was to sign the documents. His follow up meetings were always on time ,he never hesitated to contact us if he needed any documentation or clarification.He always made sure we were informed of schedule meetings and even calls on the day of the meeting to make sure we are on track. The preparations for the interview was great, walking us through the the processing and making sure we were ready and prepared. Interview day we arrived early at USCIS and he was already there waiting for us. He double checked our documents and when we were called in he was great and the interview was smooth and the green card was approved. To sum up, YOU + MR. GLINSMANN=SUCCESS Am happy I meet him and will never hesitate to refer anyone to him.
