I would highly recommend Glinsmann immigration for all immigration related issues. I was looking for an immigration attorney who could help with the removal of condition on my GC. I did lot of research and chose attorney Mr. Matthew Glinsmann to represent me. That was one of the best decisions I have... ever made. Best immigration attorney.

Our I-485 is finally approved after months of wait, "and we can't thank Mr. Glinsmann enough for all his help and guidance! Ours was a complicated case and needed a lot of time for gathering relevant documents asked in RFE. We had little hope", "but when we met Mr. Glinsmann he was very confident tha...t we have a strong case and he could easily handle it. He presented our case with strong documents", "and the USCIS responded within days of submission of our RFE (that they will wait for approval of waiver). Finally after 2nd RFE", "we received an online status update that our case is approved. It is such an amazing feeling to be a permanent resident now. Team Matthew is very prompt in responding and very polite. Personally, I found Mr Glinsmann very involved in his cases, "and he personally responds to emails and even calls his clients if needed. We are looking forward to work with him only for our citizenship status in future. Thanks Mr. Glinsmann and team Matthew for making it possible!" We strongly recommend Mr Glinsmann for any immigration issues. He is the best!

Great and Excellent Service

As clients of Matthew Glinsmann, he and his staff were extremely detailed and organized and communicated clearly to us on all occasion on the legal facts. Ethics personified!

My name is Antonio and I am a Bolivian citizen. I was working for a US company in Bolivia and my employer made me an offer to move to the US. Before hiring Glinsmann & Glinsmann to handle the paperwork, we read several great reviews and even had first hand positive recommendations about their practic...e. My employer, my family and myself are now convinced it was the best choice we could have made. Maria handled our H1B process while Mathew was in charge of our Green Card process. Both processes were executed masterfully and ethically with total transparency, no hidden fees and most importantly an honest communication channel at all times between the lawyers, my employer and myself (including updates on the latest changes in immigration law). The Visas and GC were approved on or before our scheduled dates. So naturally, after such an experience they were always my first recommendation when friends were seeking immigration advice. In one particular occasion I gave this friend, that wanted to start an H1B process, Maria’s information. He called her and after explaining his situation Maria told him she could not work for him because she did not believe they had a strong enough case for an H1B. My friend decided to seek advice elsewhere, 6 months and ten thousand dollars later his application was denied. To me that situation speaks volumes of how ethical this practice is. MARRIAGE BASED GREEN CARD

The greatest decision I ever made was to Hire Mr.Glinsmann. He is absolutely a principled man with a super excellent mastery of what he did for me and my wife. We arrived at his office and he welcome us like a father, and walked us through our case step by step. He listened to us and offered his advi...se. Every step of the way he did the work for us, from the precise directions to compiling the required documentation he was very explicit and the only job we did was to sign the documents. His follow up meetings were always on time ,he never hesitated to contact us if he needed any documentation or clarification.He always made sure we were informed of schedule meetings and even calls on the day of the meeting to make sure we are on track. The preparations for the interview was great, walking us through the the processing and making sure we were ready and prepared. Interview day we arrived early at USCIS and he was already there waiting for us. He double checked our documents and when we were called in he was great and the interview was smooth and the green card was approved. To sum up, YOU + MR. GLINSMANN=SUCCESS Am happy I meet him and will never hesitate to refer anyone to him.
