Excellent support for green card process

Matthew Glinsmann and his team supported my husband and me for obtaining my green card. They provided excellent guidance at all steps of the process. Instructions and communications were always very clear and timely. Throughout the process, they provided regular follow-ups. The support team was a ple...asure to work with. We worked primarily with Gabriella and Jimena who both did an excellent job. Matthew prepared us very well for the interview. It was great to have him with us for the interview as well. Outstanding support for citizenship application!

I hired Matthew Glinsmann for my citizenship application and couldn't be happier with the services provided! My case was somewhat complicated with extensive travel during my time as a green card holder. At first, I was not even sure if I qualified based on the physical presence requirement, and had c...onsulted with several other lawyers who gave me conflicting advice without really delving into my specific situation or taking the time to look at my documentation. Attorney Glinsmann (and his team) was quite the opposite- he looked into my travel history in detail and provided expert advice on my eligibility for application. Once we had determined my eligibility, he and his team provided step by step guidance on the required documentation, assisted me with the application form and filed my application. Once filed, the team was great about keeping me informed of any new developments, and providing guidance on next steps. I also retained Matthew Glinsmann for the citizenship interview, and he and his team prepared me on what to expect and provided a great overview of the timelines post interview (and kept me updated based on what they were experiencing with other clients). Attorney Glinsmann was also present at my interview, which was invaluable in my case, as I needed things to move quickly after the interview (which they did!). In summary, I would highly recommend Matthew Glinsmann and his team- not only were they professional and methodical in their approach, but they were also personal, accessible and empathetic to my concerns.

Simply The Best!

Matthew, Gabriella, and Karla held our hands throughout the entire process of my wife’s immigration. We never expected a pandemic, it was not part of our plans! Their professionalism, kindness, and reassurance helped us maintain a steady course. They were ALWAYS available to answer any questions or c...oncerns that we had. Even with the extra hurdles of dealing with a country that doesn’t have a US Embassy (Cuba), their knowledge and experience secured my wife’s arrival along with her permanent residence status, i.e.: the infamous green card! Excellent experience: from before getting my green card to citizenship

I have been a client of Glinsmann Immigration in Gaithersburg MD for the last five years. They helped me file for my permanent residency (green card) in 2016. Recently, I completed my naturalization interview and oath ceremony, becoming a US citizen in 2021. Matthew Glinsmann’s team was a critical pa...rt of this entire long process. Over these five years, I worked extensively with Matthew Glinsmann, Karla Alonso, Jimena Alfaro, Gabriella Harrison, and more recently Sarah. All of them are highly professional, very competent, and great at their jobs! Before we started each step, we were informed clearly and in writing about the fee structure, the boundaries of Mr. Glinsmann’s role, and our rights and responsibilities. Once we got started with any step, the Glinsmann Team made sure that every line of every immigration form was addressed, and that my spouse and I understood exactly what was going on at all times (neither of us have any legal background). They made sure that all documentation was very thoroughly prepared for filings and interviews. Everything was done well before any deadlines, and they would contact us with reminders for important deadlines and milestones. We had in-person meetings before every filing and interview till 2020. By 2020, we had even moved out of Maryland. That did not change anything with respect to the Glinsmann team’s handling of our case. During the covid shutdown in 2020, our meetings switched to Zoom, without losing their thoroughness and effectiveness. In the end, both my interviews (green card and now naturalization) were very straightforward and easy, in large part because the Team had all the required documents, records, and case history prepared, and had thoroughly prepared us for what to expect during the actual interviews. The last couple of years have clearly been challenging for US immigration overall. There were sudden changes in rules and procedures, as well as shut-downs and delays in USCIS processing due to the covid-19 global pandemic. Matthew Glinsmann and his team gave us the confidence that we would get through our immigration process even under these circumstances. Lastly, I would like to say that all our interactions with Matthew, Karla, Gabriella, Jimena, and Sarah were very friendly and positive, without exception. There was a very friendly and reassuring environment during all conversations. They always answered when we called (sometimes even with basic questions), and always remembered our case history and details even over a period of years. This was always very reassuring. In summary, I would whole-heartedly recommend working with Glinsmann Immigration!
