Green card case approved

Matthew Glinsmann and his team were in charge of our marriage-based green card. We hired Matthew because we wanted to be sure that our paperwork will be filled properly and we will have somebody knowledgeable by our side during the stressful immigration process. We do not regret our decision and we a...re excited to report that our green card was approved! Matthew was always knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us deal effectively with USCIS delays. Gabriella, our case manager, was also great the whole time. She was very precise and organized. She also did a great job keeping us up to date with our case. We recommend Glinsmann immigration!

Fortuitous find

After I proposed to my American girlfriend on holiday from the UK, with almost no knowledge of immigration law, we sought out an attorney who could guide us through the specifics of how to apply to immigrate to get married. In a free consultation that spilled over to twice its advertised length, he... gave clear, unambiguous advice to get married before I left, and, when I had returned to Britain, talked us through all the difficulties we could expect and how we might overcome them. He represented us in all the labyrinthine official proceedings, collated documents of supporting evidence of a real relationship - generally all the stuff necessary to stop us from having a nervous breakdown - to shepherd us through both the initial immigration process and, two years later, the approval of my permanent residency.

Outstanding support for citizenship application!

I hired Matthew Glinsmann for my citizenship application and couldn't be happier with the services provided! My case was somewhat complicated with extensive travel during my time as a green card holder. At first, I was not even sure if I qualified based on the physical presence requirement, and had c...onsulted with several other lawyers who gave me conflicting advice without really delving into my specific situation or taking the time to look at my documentation. Attorney Glinsmann (and his team) was quite the opposite- he looked into my travel history in detail and provided expert advice on my eligibility for application. Once we had determined my eligibility, he and his team provided step by step guidance on the required documentation, assisted me with the application form and filed my application. Once filed, the team was great about keeping me informed of any new developments, and providing guidance on next steps. I also retained Matthew Glinsmann for the citizenship interview, and he and his team prepared me on what to expect and provided a great overview of the timelines post interview (and kept me updated based on what they were experiencing with other clients). Attorney Glinsmann was also present at my interview, which was invaluable in my case, as I needed things to move quickly after the interview (which they did!). In summary, I would highly recommend Matthew Glinsmann and his team- not only were they professional and methodical in their approach, but they were also personal, accessible and empathetic to my concerns.
