I had a horrific experience with them when immigration court rescheduled me for a master hearing. the notice was sent to my former address because the law firm did not submit the change of address. i only knew the new hearing date because i went to consult another attorney for his services. i booked appointment to meet Mr. Richey, they set my date for Friday in one month time. Thursday day before my appointment, i receive a call from the front desk that Mr. Richey is not going to be in the office tomorrow that if i want to see him i have to be in the office that day at 2 pm meanwhile they were calling me around 11 am. then i asked what if i can't make it at 2 pm what is the next available time to meet then the person told me a month and half i was like forget it. i must confess it was not a pleasant conversation because they one who called me was RUDE. i gave one star just because of Mr. Richey himself the few occasions i met with him he seems knowledgeable to me with a great heart. the reality is that no matter how good the head may be if the other members are not good it will slow you down or even hinder you get to your destination

Mr. Richey worked on my case in 2006 and I was extremely satisfied with the communication via phone calls and every bit of consultation that helped pushed my case forward to completion. Eventhough at one point the was something lacking in the delivery be cause I case was handed to an associate worki...ng with him at the time. But at the end when she left he took back my case and represented me in a very satisfactory manner. I am back again with another case things have gone a little expensive but He is still the excellent and experienced Mr. Richey. The only setback now is the phone keeps ringing forever and no one picks up the calls (Annoying). Waiting time is very long and i think the associates working at the front desk need to do a better job to reflect Mr. Richey's knowledge and experience in this field of work. I have new case in 2021 and I cannot think of other attorney but Mr. Richey. We already started the process and I am approaching the tertiary level of my case. I will recommend you to this Attorney but always make sure you get to meet with him and you will be happy that you read my review. Thank you so much Mr. Richey.
