Simpson Law, P.A. provides clients with comprehensive estate planning services, including the preparation of various documents, strategies to reduce or eliminate estate tax liability, and recommendations regarding asset titling, life insurance, and beneficiary designations. The standard package of documents provided includes a Revocable Living Trust, Will, Power of Attorney for Health Care, Power of Attorney for Finances, and a Living Will. Depending upon the client’s needs, trusts such as marital trusts, children’s trusts, and life insurance trusts are advised and prepared. The firm also negotiates pre-marital agreement for existing cliients.
Suzanne met her husband while hiking with the Washington Ski Club and stills enjoys family hikes, as well as paddle boarding, golf, reading, and international travel.
