I consider John Reilly who is a criminal defense, and immigration and personal injuries as man of intergrity and with 32yrs of undisputed experience which always produces excellent result under any given circumstances I would definitely and absolutely recommend him to other people in need of a good a...ccredited lawyer. He served me very well in a complicated case I'm grateful with the results of my case.

I'd like to share my experience with John. I came to this country in 1998, and got my green card in 2007. In 2008, I was arrested for second degree assault (domestic violence), plead guilty and was sentenced to 18 months. The jail time was substituted by probation. For those who are familiar with ...immigration matters, this is a very serious problem: domestic violence is considered a "crime of moral turpitude", moreover, if the offense carries a sentence of 365 days and more, the offender is considered inadmissible, deportable, and have a lot of troubles when getting citizenship. I was scared of course, hired an immigration attorney and a criminal attorney and reopened the case in 2012, trying to reduce the sentence to be 364 days or less. But due to the attorney’s careless and negligence, I got a PBJ instead of the sentence reduction. In 2015, I decided to try it again one last time since my green card is expiring. I found John during an online search: he impressed me and my wife immediately: he’s knowledgeable on both immigration and criminal sides, where exactly my problem is. But what he impressed me the most was his attitude: he’s sharp, he’s flexible, and he’s a great communicator. I believe if he has a good attitude towards you, he would have a good attitude towards the court clerks, judges, state attorneys, which will definitely help your case. John didn’t disappoint me: he came up with an approach nobody has thought of: talk to the state attorneys first: if they agree to reduce the sentence, we’d just have a judge sign it. He went ahead and spoke to the state attorneys and the feedback is: USCIS is not as strict as before, go ahead and file the naturalization, if it’s denied, we’ll have the sentence reduced. I filed the naturalization form thru John knowing we have a backup plan even if it’s denied. The case took a while because of the complex nature and the PBJ the other attorneys got me. But eventually it got approved! During the process, John was really patient and responsible: answering our questions, emails, text messages promptly. He also had my case remembered precisely: he knew what happened and what we were trying to achieve by heart. I’d say that’s very impressive for a busy attorney. The fees he charged were really reasonable as well. After our cases were both approved, we decided to show our appreciations by paying him some extra. John is the best attorney you can get, hands down. My experience tells me that the client's best interest is definitely on the top of his agenda. Believe me, I dealt with many lawyers before (I went thru the whole immigration process: student visa, work visa, green card). Consider yourself lucky if you found someone who can get your job down on time. John is more than that, much more.
