My personal injury case was initially filed in September 2016 and since that time, still remains open/unresolved. My complaints include: • The attorney has consistently ignored me, my calls and my case for extended periods of time for over a year now—complete lack of communication, lack of return...ed calls, no updates, completely left in the dark. • Clear failure to know or apply the law. Now, the statute of limitations or missing crucial filing dates is in question and therefore has resulted in my substantial (emotional and) financial loss. • Is the case dismissed because the attorney failed to meet crucial deadlines?? . • Has the case been settled without my authorization?? No information, never been updated. • There have been several attorney errors including lost files, documents and evidence and consistent procrastination in performance. Client relations are nonexistent including failures to obtain my consent and failure to follow my instruction. • There are other patients with same legal representation at same doctors office that have been left abandoned with no answers to their cases as well. The doctor himself has not received calls to his inquiries in over 6 mos. -- WHERE IS JUDY?!! -- HOW MANY OTHER CASES EXIST BESIDES MINE? In a world which includes cell phones, internet, texting and e-mail, it's hard to believe there are communication errors. I, as well as other patients and even the directed physician, feel we have been ignored and a legal violation may have been committed. PUBLIC BEWARE: I put my faith and trust in Feinberg Myers and they have abused that. Feinberg Myers does not live up to their commitments. Period.

I was involved in a car accident November 2016 with a commericial vehicle. I obtained a few injuries which had me going to PT for about 2 months. I hired Judy in December and it is now June almost July and she still doesn't know my medical history in regards to the accident and doesn't have the medic...al records from them despite me giving them to her previous Paralegal several times. The insurance companies found the commercial vehicle to be at fault a couple of months ago and I have already been reimbursed for my deductible, however, where is Judy??????? This should be settled by now, but instead its as if I am starting from the beginning. I may just do that with another lawyer though. Judy's response is we are dealing with hundreds of cases. Do yourself a favor and don't make yourself just a number as it clearly seems she has too many cases to handle at this point.
