Christopher Genghis Moschkin

Mr. Moschkin is a superb landlord tenant lawyer. I'm a landlord of 16 years. I have five condos in the same building. I know the law very well. I don't usually hire lawyers. But I was busy last week and didn't have time to put the eviction for failure to pay rent together as tightly as I know these c...ourts require because they just want us to let people live in our property for free. He was able to get me a temporary license renewal with inspection, able to get March rent in addition to January and February. Some judges won't do it until April. Not sure where he is seeing these judges outside of court, but clearly they're friends or something. I have never had a Montgomery County judge give me the month for the court date that we are in. I'm not going to be frugal anymore. I'd rather just hire Chris and forget about it from now on.

Mr. Moschkin recently handled my criminal traffic case in Hyattsville District Court. Because of his relationship with the state's attorney office, and his reputation with the judges, he was able to get the whole case dismissed . We were in and out of court FAST. Even though the cop was right there! ...He spoke to the cop and the prosecutor. Not sure what he said but they were all smiling and laughing. Looks like the prosecutor has crush on my lawyer lol. But he costs a little more than some other DUI lawyers I spoke to. They were talking about being supervised on probation for a year was the best case scenario. Mr. Moschkin came through with all charges and tickets dismissed!! I had over $2,000 in tickets if you count the TWP separate $500 possible fines and the $1,000 for the DWI, then it was closer to $3,000. Not having to pay ANY fines or tickets, not having to pay $150/month for probation supervision, and not getting rejected for jobs or apartments, the $5,000 I spent for this lawyer is a Bargain! No he is not cheap. Yes public defenders are free. But if you think about it like a smart person and not like a poor person, hiring him is literally and investment in your own future.
